7:58Now PlayingSaving up for your dream home? Looking for real estate investing advice? How about advice on how to stand out in the job market? We’ve got that for you and more in Slidin’ In The DMs AKA #AskPhilip!
#AskPhilip is our weekly segment where our entrepreneur and real estate expert Philip Michael answers your questions on real estate investing, the job market, and everything in between.
When you’re on the job search and trying to figure out how to stand out in the job market, find a way to make yourself a valuable asset to your future employer. If you walk into a job with a lot of skill and knowledge for the job but you’re also “me me me” all the time, you won’t go as far as someone with less experience and knowledge but is able to prove how they’re an asset to the employer and the business.
Trust the process, and have patience. It’s the same idea with schools it is in life, as it is with real estate. When you’re real estate investing, no matter the end goal, always trust the process and have patience.
Looking to buy your own dream home? Want the best business advice out there? Send your questions to Philip Michael! Slide into Philip’s DMs or reach out to us on any social media platform and use the hashtag #AskPhilip.
Your questions just might get answered on the air!
