But the measure failed to reach the House prior to their adjournment sine die, and the bonding measure failed as a result.
An attempt by Senator Michelle Benson, R-Ham Lake, to remove the amendment and approve the bill as received by the House was unsuccessful before the Senate adjourned for the evening.
