1:57Now PlayingSushant Singh Rajput's sister has filed a plea in the Bombay High Court seeking to quash an FIR which was filed against them by Rhea Chakraborty accusing them of the abetment of suicide. Giving medicines to Sushant Singh Rajput on a false prescription and hatching a conspiracy in the case. Actor Rhea Chakraborty had filed the FIR on September 7 against Sushant Singh Rajput's sisters Priyanka Singh and Meetu Singh and is currently in jail in connection with a drugs case.
In August when the Supreme Court decided that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) will look into the matter, as per the procedure Mumbai Police transferred the FIR by Rhea Chakraborty to CBI.
