The users can now file a complainst with the platform’s grievance cell. Each platform will have their own grievance cell in India itself and also the complaint will be resolved in a time bound manner. On being asked, if this is a step to make these platforms more accountable, Advocate Sidharth Luthra replied, "The issue is that under the guise of controlling offensive info; isn't it going to be a situation of breaching Article 19?
