Amid the surge that has been reported in the number of COVID cases, the Union Health Secretary held a key meeting with the states, in regards to phase 2 of the vaccination drive. States have also explained the features of Co-Win 2.0, along with the process of advance self-registration, and on-site registration was also explained. The second phase of the vaccination drive will begin from March 1 and prior to the drive, the states and UTs have to be completely familiar with the process and the changes that have been made.
