In the Vaishali district of Bihar, primary healthcare centres were shut for many days and the authorities were missing as well. Mirror Now's team reached to find out more about it and it was later discovered that the health care centres are completely missing in some parts of the state. The rural pockets of India are facing issues in regards to the vaccination drive and the spike that continues to be reported in the daily COVID cases.
