YouTube Description
as posted by the channelDonald Trump recently held an event at Mar-a-Lago for North Carolina's Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson. The event was attended by people who Trump said were "rich as hell," and the crowd absolutely loved that description. But what they loved even more was the fact that Trump then promised to give them all tax breaks if he gets back into office, because the only thing that matters to Republicans is letting rich people make as much as possible. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.

Recently Donald Trump held an event at Mar-a-Lago, a fundraiser for North Carolina's Republican Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson. Trump gathered all of his wealthy friends down to Mar-a-Lago, trying to get them to open up their wallets. 'cause as he says, they're rich as hell to give some money to Mr. Robinson. And while also begging for money, Donald Trump made a promise to these, again, rich as hell friends, that he would of course cut their taxes if he ever gets back to Washington, DC Here's what Trump said specifically. I just wanna thank everybody. Whatever you can do to help Mark and Yolanda win this election. And he's got a tough opponent, not a good opponent, but a tough opponent, a political person. Okay, you know what, I'm gonna have to go ahead and just stop right there because it's a tough opponent. They're not good, but they're taught like what? That's, that's a a as usual.
Trump's making statements that cannot coexist together. They can't be a bad candidate, but also also a tough candidate because tough means they're a difficult person to beat. A political person is called a politician. Donald. Like his opponent's a political person. You mean politician, which is literally the name you would give to anybody running for any office. So good job sounding like a kindergartner. Like he's a political person. Yeah, it's called a politician. He, anyway, he continued on his idiotic rant and it's not going to be that easy. He's going to be a star. But a lot of times people say, well, this is going to be easy for him. And then they forget to vote. They, they don't go out to vote. You gotta get out and vote Jesus Christ, just saying the same word over and over and over again. But you gotta help him financially because you are all people that have a lot of money.
I know 20 of you and you're rich as hell. And at that point, the crowd started laughing and one Trump Club member yelled out, woo. And Trump says, you know, and another one said, let's go. And then after a little bit of back and forth, Trump said some more stupid stuff. But then he ended with this. I hope you can back him and write checks to him and do everything. And then we're going to close the border. We're going to give you tax cuts. We're going to pay off our debt. We're going to do all of the things that we have to do. We're going to stop crime. We're going to give you tax cuts. He says, now he already gave him tax cuts. Everybody in that room at that fundraiser got a tax cut because of Donald Trump and the Republican majority at the end of 2017. Those tax cuts for the record are still in effect. They have not been repealed. The Democrats had the chance to do it during the first two years of Biden. They chose not to, but those tax cuts are still in effect. And those tax cuts are a big reason why we
Have such a growing deficit today. Those tax cuts. And of course then the Bush tax cuts, the W HW Bush tax cuts, the Reagan tax cut, all the tax cuts really screwing us over financially as a country and have been for 40 years now. And Trump says, we're gonna do it again. And do you know why Trump says that? Because that's literally the only thing Republicans know how to do. They don't know how to address the economic issues facing this country. They, they sure as hell don't know how to do foreign policy. They don't know how to handle healthcare.
