C.H.A.M.P.S., which stands for “culturally helping and making positive success,” operates on a motto of “born to win in every situation in life,” can now expand its outreach and build its own building in the city, with substantial support from the state of Illinois. C.H.A.M.P.S. founder Vondale Singleton joins Kelly Wright on “The World Tonight” to discuss plans on expansions and the work he wants to achieve with troubled youths in the Windy City.
