Akali has threatened to move to the court, but the Punjab government has not given any reaction. Sukhbir Singh Badal says that the government is getting the dose for Rs 400 each but is selling for Rs 1060 to the private hospitals, and further, the private hospitals are selling the same vaccines for Rs 1500-2000.
