This debate was much smaller than previous DNC debates, featuring only Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, and Martin O'Malley. Issues they discussed included foreign policy as it relates to the war in Syria, regime change / pending forced deposition of Bashar Al-Assad, domestic economic policy, #blacklivesmatter, the $15 minimum wage, income inequalities, and other liberal ideology.
