Let’s start off with some cryptocurrency news, particularly some Dogecoin news. The crypto originally created as a joke is now the fourth most popular cryptocurrency on the market with a $50 billion market cap. The current Dogecoin price is 40 cents, with supporters wanting the Dogecoin price to go up to 1 dollar. Some experts say this sudden rise could lead to the cryptocurrency bubble burst. Even Elon Musk believes in the power of Dogecoin. What’s our Dogecoin prediction? Let’s remember crypto is very volatile. Back in December of 2017, for instance, the Bitcoin price dropped tremendously.

Koba Bryant’s estate is potentially launching its own brand. Since May 2020, Kobe Bryant’s estate has filed 13 separate trademark applications including Play Gigi’s Way, Mamba, Mambacita, Mambas, Mamba League. These, of course, are all references to the late Kobe and Gianna Bryant. The Kobe Bryant estate’s deal with Nike, has also recently expired and they decided not to renew. Some say that Kobe Bryant was going to leave Nike in 2020, and following his death his wife, Vanessa Bryant, was very unhappy with Nike over the company limiting his products after his death. Will we be seeing products and branding about Kobe Bryant and Gianna Bryant in the near future?

The Soccer Super League being created in Europe, the European Super League, gets the axe before it even begins. For the past three years, the 12 most powerful soccer clubs in the world were planning their own European Super League. They even had a line of credit from JP Morgan worth $4 Billion ready to go. Two days before it was announced, the entire plan was squashed from the get go. FIFA was against a Super League, European governments were against a Super League, and even the other teams that weren’t included were against a European Super League. Those who would play in the Super League were told they would not be able to represent their countries in the Olympics or World Cup. What happens to the world of football, or soccer, now?
