Philip Michael starts off with discussing some African news, and in particular the Akon City in Senegal. The city is utilizing cryptocurrency, and creating innovation in Africa. Philip says this is a very ambitious project, and he wishes Akon nothing but success with this project. Akon has been saying that there are a lot of misconceptions in Africa, and Akon is putting his money where his mouth is in creating this modern-day Wakanda.
Investing with $1000 or less, or microinvesting, is very possible as long as you make sure to take advantage of long term investing and understanding compound interest. Make compound interest work for you and let that money build.
Lastly, Philip looks at the possibilities of investing in real estate with little to no credit! Like anything in the world of investing, there are multiple ways to get started.
