Inflation 2021 & Stagflation 2021
Inflation is on its way in the US economy. What is inflation? It's the rising of prices in the economy. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, and Head of the Federal Reserve Jerome Powell continue to say that everything is fine, but prices are going up all around us with joblessness continuing as if not going up, as well.
What we might also see is stagflation. What is stagflation? More or less, stagflation means the economy is at a standstill. This happened to the US economy back in the 70s.
In the end, it could still be too early to know for sure what’s going to happen.
Amazon Launches Housing Equity Fund
Back in January, Amazon announced a $2 billion commitment to affordable housing in different areas across the country, and now they’re putting those plans into action. Amazon is launching the Housing Equity Fund to create affordable housing in low-income areas near major transit lines in Tennessee, Washington State, and Arlington, Virginia. Amazon is also committed to creating affordable housing in Seattle, as well. By putting affordable housing near public transportation, the goal is to make these cities more affordable and accessible for everyone.
Cancel Culture - Kevin Hart Speaks Out On Cancel Culture
Cancel culture is a phrase we hear all the time, and people are saying it’s ruining their lives, and making it difficult to do any business. In a recent interview, Kevein Hart recently speaks out about why he hates cancel culture. Several old jokes from Kevin’s past have surfaced a few years back, and he had become the victim of cancel culture himself.
