These kale chips are a delicious alternative to potato chips--and with only 4 ingredients they are incredibly easy to prepare!
Ingredients:
1 bunch kale, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. grapeseed oil
1/4 tsp. sea salt
Variations: cayenne powder, black pepper, chili powder
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Chop kale into 1/2 inch pieces.
3. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and massage the oil, lemon juice and sea salt into the kale using your hands.
4. Place on parchment-lined baking sheets and bake for 12 minutes, checking continually.
5. Serve and enjoy!
