Woman Got Into Mar-A-Lago By Impersonating An Heiress

Mar-A-Lago is a secure location, right? Not so fast. Apparently, a Ukrainian woman who is wanted for fraud has been hanging out in Trump’s Florida home/resort pretending to be a member of the Rothschild family, and had been living there without much notice until she was picked up by the FBI.

Inna Yashchyshyn, 33, told the club that she was in fact an heiress “Anna de Rothschild”, and apparently everyone at the club fell for it hook, line and sinker. According to The Telegraph, “Her ruse allegedly led to her being ‘fawned all over’ by guests at Trump's Florida home and private club who were in thrall to her boasts about owning a Monaco property portfolio and family vineyard.”

This is the same club where Donald Trump was ‘securely’ storing scores of highly classified material, despite making his 2016 campaign against Hillary Clinton entirely about information security (“But her emails!”). Inna Yaschushyn is currently facing an FBI investigation regarding a charity called United Hearts of Mercy, of which she was apparently the president. The FBI alleges this charity was used as a front for the Russian mafia. That feels on brand. Something tells us this story is only going to get more ridiculous the more we find out. Stay tuned.
