Activision-Blizzard Being Sued For ‘Frat Boy’ Culture

Activision-Blizzard Inc. is a game studio behind massively popular games like World of Warcraft and Diablo. Now, California’s Department of Fair Employment and Labor and Housing is suing the video game giant for their alleged ‘frat boy’ work culture. 20% of Activision-Blizzard’s workforce is made up of women, but according to the lawsuit, they do a lot of the work while their male co-workers do nothing but drink alcohol and play video games. According to the lawsuit, women are paid less than men and not given promotions, as well as victims to constant sexual harassment and jokes around sexual assault. Unfortunately, a female employee took her own life on a work trip with a male supervisor. Do you think this marks the downfall for Activision-Blizzard?

CEO of Twitter and Square, Jack Dorsey Believes Bitcoin Can Bring World Peace

Dorsey claimed that bitcoin can bring world peace by combating financial inequalities and balance the power dynamics created by wealth inequality. He suggested that by getting rid of these issues, humanity could focus on bigger problems. He made this comment on a panel called “Bitcoin as a Tool for Economic Empowerment” at the virtual conference of the B word. Do you think this is possible or is Jack Dorsey losing it?
