Today I'm going to talk about the top three weight loss mistakes most people are making every day.
1. The first weight loss mistake is doing the wrong type of exercise.
a. The best type of exercise to promote weight loss is burst training or interval training
with weights, not cardio. Burst training burns six times more fat than cardio training.
2. The second weight loss mistake is consuming the wrong type of diet.
a. Cutting and counting calories and eating the wrong type of foods will slow down
metabolism.
b. Stop counting calories and start counting nutrients.
c. Certain vitamins, minerals, and herbs will actually help the body burn fat.
d. Foods such as turmeric, green leafy vegetables, berries, nuts and seeds, and organic
meats will help the body burn fat.
3. The third weight loss mistake is not having a plan.
a. Develop a strategy, set a goal, and write it down.
b. Get an accountability partner, someone who will keep you accountable for losing
weight.
Start making these top three changes and you will burn fat, lose weight, and feel great!
