Ingredients:
4-5 hard boiled eggs (organic, free-range)
2 tsp red onion, chopped
1-2 celery stalks, chopped
Juice from ½ lemon
1/4 cup vegenaise
Sea salt and black pepper
Directions:
1. Chop eggs, onions, and celery.
2. Combine all ingredients together.
3. Serve chilled and enjoy!
