This buffalo chicken tenders recipe is a favorite at my house! It's easy to make, healthy and so delicious! You'll definitely want to give this a try!

Ingredients:

10 organic, free range chicken strips, sliced

1/2 c. gluten-free flour

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. cayenne

1/4 tsp. sea salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper

1/4 tsp. hot sauce (tabasco)

2 tbsp. Coconut Oil

Directions:

1. Cut chicken tenders in half with scissors.

2. Prepare mix by combining gluten-free powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, sea salt, and black pepper.

3. Warm coconut oil in pan on medium-high heat.

4. Place chicken strips in flour mixture and cook in pan in coconut oil on medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side.

5. Serve with celery and hummus or raw ranch dressing
