Ingredients:
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 cup dried apple slices, chopped
1 cup raw pecans, chopped
1 cup raisins
1 cup raw almonds, chopped
½ tsp. each of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves
Optional: ½ tsp. sea salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve
