Carrots and apples are well known for their nutritional value, and this carrot apple salad is a great, beautiful addition to any meal. Requiring only five ingredients, it’s refreshing and easy to make!
Ingredients:
3 organic carrots, thinly grated or peeled
1 apple, cored and grated or peeled
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp. Olive Oil
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well, serve, and enjoy!
