Feb 3, 20231:43Now PlayingTensions mount in Tamil Nadu after the administration refused to give permit for 'Jallikattu'. It is a traditional bullfighting sport popular in Tamil Nadu. During the protests, Tamil Nadu police were also seen engaging with the crowd violently. In a viral video, Krishnagiri SP Saroj Kumar Thakur was seen kicking one of the protesters. Video emerged from the spot where police had detained a few protesters. After the video went viral, SP Saroj said the protesters assaulted police personnel also. He even said that the group of men in the video were from other states and were trying to molest women. Watch the video for more.
