Why is ⅓ of our planet’s food wasted? The main issue is a lack of awareness. Apps like Too Good To Go, Olio, and Munch have been created to save our planet while saving us money.
Too Good To Go is the number one anti-food waste app. It is making lots of progress in stopping food waste at an affordable price. This app is very much like the social media challenge of ‘I’ll order whatever the car in front of me is having.’ You will get a surprise bag of food. Businesses are welcome to partner with these apps and get a profit from them as well for a good cause.
This is great because businesses have had to make up for the lost time with money. A few extra bucks off of the food that would’ve been thrown away is a great option.
