Don't let the color fool you. This Green Smoothie recipe is a delicious way to burn fat and boost your metabolism. It's also great for refueling after a workout!
Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 c. spinach
1 apple
1 pear
½ c. water, or as desired
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth or desired consistency.
2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
