Kids and adults alike will love this chicken tenders recipe. Even fried foods can be healthy when you use the right ingredients!
Ingredients:
1-2 tbsp coconut oil
1-2 lbs organic chicken
2 eggs
1-2 c brown rice flour or gluten-free flour
Sea salt to taste
Italian seasoning to taste
Directions:
Cut chicken into strips
Melt coconut oil in medium saucepan over medium heat
Coat both sides of chicken with egg and then flour
Place tenders in pan
Add sea salt and Italian dressing to taste
Cook for 5-8 minutes on each side
Serve tenders hot by themselves or with a healthy dip. Enjoy!
