Clay Travis also bemoaned the Internet for being a “blame factory,” with many sharing their uninformed opinions on why Kevin Durant was reinsured and who is to blame for making him play when he wasn’t 100%. “Sometimes no one is to blame, and bad things just happen,” said Travis.
Clay Travis also talked about the Toronto Raptor fans and the public outcry against their fans cheering when Kevin Durant was injured. In all the years of Clay Travis attending college football games all over the country, Clay Travis has never witnessed an entire crowd cheering an opposing player’s injury. The Toronto fans, said Travis, should be raked over the coals for their behavior. The Raptor players had to tell their classless fans to stop cheering, added Travis.
Clay Travis went on to comment on the future of Kevin Durant. Clay shared the current “next team odds” for Durant, and is of the opinion that Golden State will sign KD, even though he will likely miss next season with his achilles tendon injury.
Finally, Clay Travis shared his opinion on the remainder of the series, predicting that the Toronto Raptors will ultimately win the championship.
