Twitter has spoken in the beginning days of Trump’s impeachment trial. CFO Ned Siegel has decided to put his foot down and permanently banned Donald Trump’s account. He states in an interview with CNBC, “The way our policies work, when you’re removed from the platform… whether you’re a commentator, CFO, or a former or current public official, remember, our policies are designed to make sure that people are not inciting violence, and if anybody does that, we have to remove them from the service and our policies don’t allow people to come back.”
Previously, Trump did mention that he did plan on running again in 2024. Let’s see what other social platforms he’ll decide to use in replacement of Twitter.
Speaking of Twitter, CEO Jack Dorsey announced a partnership with rapper and entrepreneur Jay-Z to launch a bitcoin fund which will be focused on developing the cryptocurrencies in India and Africa. Named Btrust, the fund has initially started off with a 500 Bitcoin investment worth roughly around $23.6 million and be set up as a blind irrevocable trust taking zero direction from both Dorsey and Jay. These hashtags have been trending ever since Tessica Brown, a woman from Louisiana, shared with her social media that she used Gorilla Glue spray adhesive in her hair after running out of the regular Got 2B glue. This unfortunate hair tragedy struck the internet as everyone gravitated towards her page to follow her journey and find out how Tessica would possibly get this glue out of her hair. Luckily, Ghanaian plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Obeng saved the day as he performed a $12,500 procedure for free on Tessica’s hair which took a total of four hours. In the end he mentioned that all it took was a combination of medical grade adhesive remover, aloe vera, olive oil, and acetone to remove the glue.
